RChilli has introduced a Bulk Profile Import plugin designed to streamline candidate profile creation within Oracle recruiting solutions. This tool allows recruiters to upload and create candidate profiles efficiently through a secure connection to Oracle, utilizing IDCS (Identity Cloud Service) and single sign-on with Oracle tokens. Recruiters can browse, upload, or drag and drop 1-30 resumes at a time, simplifying the import of candidate information into the platform.
The plugin features a quick two-click process for parsing resumes. The first click enables hiring managers to parse resumes via the 'Import Resumes' option or by highlighting text from external sources such as Monster, CareerBuilder, or LinkedIn. In both cases, the plugin parses the information to create a candidate profile, including details like first and last name, email address, education, work history, languages spoken, licenses, certifications, and skills with months and years of experience. All details are editable before finalizing the upload, ensuring accuracy and customization.
The second click involves Email Integration, where registered users with full control can attach resumes to emails. The RChilli extension automatically grabs, parses, and loads these resumes into Oracle, with recruiters receiving a comprehensive report for easy tracking of uploaded resumes. Josh Adams, Director of ERP Operations at RChilli, highlighted the plugin's benefits, noting that managers can run reports on all resumes loaded through the resume upload extension or email. He stated that the end goal is to make it easy for recruiters to add new candidates into Oracle, aiming to revolutionize the recruitment landscape by enhancing efficiency in candidate profile creation.
This innovation addresses common challenges in recruitment, such as time-consuming data entry and manual profile setup, by automating and simplifying the process. By integrating seamlessly with Oracle and supporting bulk uploads, the plugin reduces administrative burdens, allowing recruiters to focus more on strategic hiring decisions. The ability to parse resumes from various sources and edit details before upload further enhances flexibility and data quality, making it a valuable tool for organizations using Oracle recruiting solutions.
