RChilli, a provider of parsing, matching, and data enrichment solutions, has announced the release of RChilli Candidate Recharge, a package aimed at assisting Oracle companies and talent acquisition professionals in managing their candidate databases. As a member of the Oracle Partner Network, RChilli identifies challenges recruiters face with outdated or incomplete candidate information, which can lead to wasted time searching for new candidates instead of utilizing existing databases. The RChilli Candidate Recharge offers a turn-key solution with features designed to streamline recruitment processes.
The package includes bulk profile import capabilities, allowing recruiters to upload resumes or email resumes to create candidate profiles in their Oracle environment, enabling the quick generation of 1-30 candidate profiles at a time. It also supports redaction and templatization, enabling the attachment of redacted or templatized resumes to candidate profiles to promote unbiased recruiting practices. RChilli creates branded resume templates for each company to ensure a consistent and professional appearance. With full access to RChilli's expansive Taxonomy library, organizations can enrich candidate data sets and customize skills, titles, and other information to align with specific job requirements.
RChilli performs quarterly data reprocessing on the client's database, ensuring that all candidate information fields are populated with the latest details, including any taxonomy updates made by the company. Additionally, the package leverages annual data enrichment, enhancing and refreshing candidate data from multiple channels such as Full Contact, Twofer, and Lusha, to ensure that each candidate's contact information is up-to-date and accurate. Josh Adams, Director of ERP Operations at RChilli, stated that RCR is an important package as it simplifies recruiters' tasks with bulk profile import, redaction and templatization for unbiased hiring, taxonomy for customized skills, and integration with employee enhancement tools to keep information fresh.
With RChilli Candidate Recharge, Oracle companies and talent acquisition professionals can streamline their recruitment processes, maintain a clean and accurate candidate database, and potentially hire better talent faster. This release addresses common inefficiencies in recruitment by focusing on data management and enrichment, which can lead to more effective talent sourcing and reduced administrative burdens. The implications of this announcement include improved recruitment efficiency, enhanced data accuracy, and support for unbiased hiring practices, ultimately impacting how organizations leverage their existing candidate pools to meet hiring needs.
