Winston-Salem-based Storagely, the website platform built for self-storage operators, has announced Storagely 3.0.1, a full rebuild of its platform and the largest release in the company’s history. The new platform will make its public debut at the SSA Fall Conference & Trade Show, September 8th to 11th at the Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, at Booth #1233.
The self-storage industry has evolved since Storagely entered it, with operators facing new constraints and asking new questions. Rather than adding another round of features, the company opted for a complete architectural rebuild designed exclusively around how operators run their businesses.
“Operators have been telling us the same three things for years,” said Austin Simmons, who was named Chief Executive Officer in April of 2026. “They want to be more hands-on, not stuck behind a support ticket. They want to launch a new location in days, not weeks. And they want each facility to be able to stand out in its own market. We stopped just adding features and decided it’s time to rebuild around those pain points.”
The rebuild introduces several key changes. FLEX, the platform’s drag-and-drop editor, allows operators to edit any block, swap layouts, and publish new pages in minutes without a developer. ATLAS, Storagely’s new Location Profile Manager, consolidates every location’s details—address, hours, pricing, photos, unit types, amenities, and more—into one convenient place, replacing multiple spreadsheets with a single source of truth that automatically updates the website. With the new ATLAS Google Profile sync, a simple edit to a Google Business profile can update location details directly on the website as well. Together, these tools give operators a faster path than the support ticket and allow customization options that give each facility its own identity instead of a one-size-fits-all approach.
New sites now launch in weeks rather than months, and new locations come online in days rather than weeks. New features move just as fast, allowing operators to stay agile and make quick decisions when needed.
Storagely rebuilt 3.0.1 from the ground up exclusively for self-storage, with modern architecture, faster load times across mobile and desktop, better page speed scores, and infrastructure that scales from a single store to hundreds of locations. All of this is paired with a newly imagined one-page checkout that includes upgrades like a long-awaited merch shop and other upsell options.
Simmons, previously Chief Operating Officer, led the rebuild in close partnership with Founder and Executive Chairman Brian Leimone, whose technical vision continues to drive the platform. Simmons has worked with Storagely across nearly a decade and several iterations of the business, including the years before it entered self-storage.
“For years I’ve watched Austin grow from someone I believed in, into the leader Storagely needs today,” said Leimone. “3.0.1 begins a new era for the company, and he’s the right person to lead it.”
Storagely will demo 3.0.1 at Booth #1233 across September 8th-11th at the SSA Fall Conference & Trade Show. Meetings can be booked in advance at storagely.io/schedule-a-demo. For more information, visit storagely.io.
This announcement matters for self-storage operators in Long Beach and beyond because it directly addresses long-standing pain points: the need for greater control over their online presence, faster time-to-market for new locations, and improved website performance. In an industry where competition is fierce and customer experience is paramount, Storagely 3.0.1 could empower operators to differentiate their facilities, respond quickly to market changes, and ultimately drive more conversions. The rebuild signifies a shift toward operator-centric technology that prioritizes agility and customization, potentially raising the bar for website platforms across the self-storage sector.
