ReElement Technologies Secures Financing to Expand Critical Mineral Refining, Benefiting Royalty Management

Royalty Management Holding Corporation (Nasdaq: RMCO) has announced that its portfolio holding, ReElement Technologies, has secured a series of financings to aggressively expand its critical mineral refining operations. This expansion is expected to increase the use of technologies covered under a royalty agreement with Royalty Management, directly benefiting the company.

ReElement Technologies, with operations in Noblesville and Marion, Indiana, specializes in refining rare earth elements and critical minerals from end-of-life recycled materials, virgin ores, and manufacturing byproducts. Its innovative chromatographic separation platform produces magnet-grade rare earth elements essential for the electrification, defense, and technology sectors. The United States Department of War recently committed a $25 million investment to accelerate ReElement's production of these critical minerals for national defense and commercial industries. This funding adds to a previous investment from Transition Equity Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm.

Royalty Management has an intellectual property development program with ReElement, under which it provides capital for developing unique patents and refining technologies in exchange for ongoing royalties from sales generated by those patents. As ReElement expands its operations with the new capital, Royalty Management expects increased and expanded revenues from the technologies that fall under this program.

Thomas Sauve, Chief Executive Officer of Royalty Management, commented, “ReElement has consistently demonstrated that their novel rare earth and critical mineral refining methods are the next generation of how the world looks at this industry, especially from a cost-competitive and purity standpoint. We are excited about having this relationship where Royalty can help provide the technology advancements in partnership with ReElement to help them continue to drive process and efficiency.”

The implications of this announcement are significant for the critical mineral supply chain in the United States. As the nation seeks to reduce dependence on foreign sources for rare earth elements used in defense, electrification, and technology, ReElement's expansion supports domestic production capabilities. For Royalty Management shareholders, the enhanced operations at ReElement translate into a direct financial benefit through increased royalty streams. This development underscores the strategic value of Royalty Management's investment model, which focuses on acquiring and developing high-value assets in resource-driven and emerging technology industries.

Royalty Management Holding Corporation (NASDAQ: RMCO) is a royalty company that aims to build shareholder value by acquiring and structuring cash flow streams around assets that support communities and provide transitionary cash flow for the future.
