Datavault AI's $100 Million QEST Tokenization Order Signals Commercial Launch of Data Exchange Platforms

Datavault AI Inc. (NASDAQ: DVLT) has received an initial $100 million purchase order for its $QEST tokenization services, marking the commercial opening of its Information Data Exchange (IDE), NILvault (NILv), and American Political Exchange (APEX) platforms. The platforms are designed to enable institutions and rights holders to value, authenticate, list, settle, and hold data and other real-world assets using the company's Data Vault architecture, DataValue and DataScore engines, and the NYIAX matching and settlement stack acquired on August 18, 2026.

The $QEST utility tokens represent access and usage rights to Available Infrastructure's Project Qestrel nationwide edge-AI fleet. They are among the first compute assets Datavault AI intends to list on IDE. The company reaffirmed $200 million in fiscal 2026 revenue and stated that Project Qestrel is expected to contribute to 2026 and 2027 revenue.

The commercial opening also includes NILvault, which applies Datavault AI technology to name, image, and likeness rights, and APEX, which is designed to provide auditable infrastructure for political data, advertising inventory, and related information assets. NILvault builds on Datavault AI's June 2026 partnership with 21 In Right Inc., the entity that owns and manages the name, image, and likeness of Baseball Hall of Famer Roberto Clemente. NYIAX serves as the matching engine across IDE, NILvault, and APEX, providing infrastructure for matching, price discovery, contracting, transactions, and settlement.

This development matters because it represents a significant step toward the tokenization of real-world assets, a trend that could reshape how industries from sports and entertainment to politics handle data and rights. By providing a secure, auditable, and efficient marketplace, Datavault AI aims to unlock liquidity and value in previously illiquid assets. For the Long Beach and surrounding California area, this could spur innovation in local tech and media sectors, as businesses may seek to leverage similar platforms for their own asset management. The involvement of high-profile entities like the Roberto Clemente estate underscores the potential for NIL rights to be monetized more effectively, benefiting athletes and their representatives.

Datavault AI is headquartered in Philadelphia, PA, and is leading the way in AI-driven data experiences, valuation, and monetization of assets in the Web 3.0 environment. Its cloud-based platform provides comprehensive solutions with a collaborative focus in its Acoustic Sciences and Data Sciences divisions. The Acoustic Sciences division features WiSA, ADIO, and Sumerian patented technologies for spatial and multichannel wireless, high-definition sound transmission. The Data Science division leverages Web 3.0 and high-performance computing for experiential data perception, valuation, and secure monetization.

The company's platform serves multiple industries, including high-performance computing software licensing for sports and entertainment, events and venues, biotech, education, fintech, real estate, healthcare, energy, and more. The Information Data Exchange enables Digital Twins and the licensing of name, image, and likeness by securely attaching physical real-world objects to immutable metadata, fostering responsible AI with integrity. The technology suite is fully customizable and offers AI- and machine-learning-based automation, third-party integration, detailed analytics, marketing automation, and advertising monitoring.
