Impact Family Wellness, a Direct Primary Care (DPC) membership practice serving families across Liberty Hill, Leander, Cedar Park, and Thorndale, has announced the relocation of its Liberty Hill office to a new facility at 135 Mourning Dove Ln, Suite 401, Leander, TX 78641. The new location, situated in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of Liberty Hill, represents a strategic move to better serve the community with an upgraded space designed for comfort and care.
The Liberty Hill office at 9017 West State Hwy 29, Bldg 1, Ste 205, will close on August 20 to facilitate the transition, with the new Leander location scheduled to reopen on August 24. To celebrate the relocation, Impact Family Wellness will host a ribbon cutting ceremony on September 24 at 4:00 PM at the new address. The event is co-hosted with the Liberty Hill Chamber of Commerce, the Leander Chamber of Commerce, and the Cedar Park Chamber of Commerce, and members of the community and current patients are invited to attend.

The new facility features exam rooms and office space tailored to support the practice's team of Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioners. Impact Family Wellness offers comprehensive primary care through a DPC membership model, which includes unlimited visits, same-day appointments, and direct access to Nurse Practitioners via call, text, and telehealth, all for a flat monthly fee with no insurance billing.
