IFPG has been named one of the top franchise suppliers in 2026 by Entrepreneur magazine, securing the No. 1 spot in the franchise broker category. The ranking, featured in the September/October issue and on Entrepreneur.com, is based on an annual survey of more than 1,000 franchise brands that rate suppliers on quality, cost, and value. This marks the eighth consecutive year IFPG has received the honor, underscoring its consistent leadership in the franchise brokerage space.
"We are so excited to receive this honor for the 8th year in a row," said IFPG Founder and Executive Chairman Don Daszkowski. "I am thankful for the strength of our members, our team and the culture we have built together." The recognition arrives during a year of significant expansion for the organization. In 2026, IFPG acquired Franchise Business Review, an independent research firm specializing in franchisee satisfaction and performance benchmarking, and Business Alliance Inc., a longtime franchise brokerage and consulting network. These moves broaden IFPG's capabilities in data and consulting, positioning it to offer more comprehensive support to franchisors and consultants.
Additionally, IFPG launched Franchise Ignition, an organic lead-generation and marketing platform for franchisors, and developed Franchise Atlas, a technology platform that helps consultants manage candidates, search brands, and use AI-assisted matching tools. "This has been a transformational year for IFPG, but our focus remains the same: creating more value and more opportunities for our members," said CEO Matt Otskey, who was promoted from Chief Operating Officer as part of a leadership transition that also saw Daszkowski move into the role of Executive Chairman, Head of M&A and Corporate Development. "We plan to continue staying at the forefront of franchising through data and AI innovation. Franchise Atlas is modernizing how franchise consultants and candidates work together, and our push into the agentic AI world is just beginning. The future is bright, with tremendous innovation ahead."
Beyond the supplier ranking, IFPG's signature annual conference, the IFPG Retreat, was named a Top Franchise Event by Entrepreneur for the third year in a row. The three-day gathering draws hundreds of leading franchise consultants, franchisors, and suppliers for education, networking, and relationship-building. "Our community is at the heart of everything we do," said IFPG President Red Boswell. "As IFPG grows, we're creating even more ways for consultants, franchisors and suppliers to connect, collaborate and build meaningful relationships. To be recognized again by the people we serve is something our entire organization can be proud of."
The implications of IFPG's continued dominance extend beyond its own operations. Entrepreneur's Top Franchise Suppliers list, available at https://www.entrepreneur.com/franchises/top-franchise-suppliers, serves as a critical resource for franchise systems seeking reliable partners. As Jason Feifer, Entrepreneur magazine's editor in chief, noted, "The strength of a franchise system often comes down to the partners standing behind it. That's why we survey more than 1,000 franchisors to find out which suppliers they trust most. This is a critical business decision, and every franchise should get it right." For local entrepreneurs and franchise investors in the Long Beach area and beyond, IFPG's advancements in AI and data analytics could streamline the process of evaluating and acquiring franchises, potentially reducing risk and improving success rates. With more than 1,500 franchisors, franchise consultants, and vendor partners in its network, IFPG's growth signals a broader trend toward consolidation and technological integration in the franchise industry, which may lead to more efficient and informed decision-making for all stakeholders.
