GalleryDock Brings Website-Embedded Client Galleries to International Photographers

Photographers juggling multiple platforms for portfolio display and client delivery now have a new option to unify their online presence. GalleryDock, a Hannover, Germany-based provider of online client gallery software, has extended website embedding to international users of its English-language platform, effective October 4, 2026. The feature lets photographers place a client gallery within a compatible page on their existing website using a supplied embed code.

The integration addresses a common workflow gap: presenting a portfolio and delivering photographs after a shoot often require separate systems. With GalleryDock, a photographer can create a collection in the platform and copy its embed code into a website page that accepts embedded content. Support depends on the website builder and its configuration, but the result is a client gallery that feels like a natural part of the photographer’s own site.

"Photographers put care into every image they create. Delivering those images should reflect that same care, with client galleries that feel like a natural part of their own website," said Edmond Rätzel, founder of GalleryDock.

Beyond embedding, GalleryDock provides photo selection and image downloads within online client galleries. Password protection is available for collections intended for particular clients. These tools help photographers organize image delivery and give clients a dedicated place to review their photographs. For projects that include video, GalleryDock also supports feedback tied to specific moments in a video. Filmmakers can use these comments to connect client feedback with the relevant part of a project.

A free account includes three galleries and 1 GB of storage, allowing photographers to try the gallery workflow before deciding whether they require additional capacity. The platform also offers an optional print shop for photographic print sales, with applicable shop fees separate from the free account allowance. The international embedding release follows the launch of GalleryDock’s English-language platform on September 24, 2026. The software is available in English and German.

For photographers and filmmakers in Long Beach and beyond, the move signals a shift toward more cohesive online branding. Instead of sending clients to a third-party gallery link, creatives can keep clients on their own website, reinforcing brand identity and potentially increasing engagement. The ability to embed galleries directly into a website may also reduce friction for clients, who can review and download images without navigating away. As remote work and digital delivery become standard, tools that streamline client interaction could give independent photographers a competitive edge.

GalleryDock’s expansion into international embedding reflects growing demand for flexible, integrated solutions. More information is available at GalleryDock.
