ADM Endeavors Selected for Two New City Uniform Contracts, Including One with a Major Metropolitan Area

ADM Endeavors, Inc. (OTCQB: ADMQ), a vertically integrated provider of custom apparel, uniforms, and promotional products, announced that its subsidiary, Just Right Products, Inc., has been selected for two new city uniform contracts. One contract is with a city of approximately 40,000 residents, while the other is with a city whose population exceeds 1 million, according to U.S. Census Bureau estimates. If approved, this would be the largest municipality the company has ever served.

The larger contract is particularly significant for CEO Marc Johnson, who noted, "This is exactly what we have been working toward. The larger of these two cities is a little personal for me. We have been pursuing this account for more than seven years, and winning it validates all the hard work our team has put in." Both contracts are pending approval by their respective city councils, which is a standard step in the municipal procurement process.

Municipal uniform contracts are awarded through formal competitive procurement, where cities evaluate proposals based on price, product quality, service, and delivery capability. For a city of this size, the requirements are among the most demanding in the public sector, and few suppliers can meet them. ADM Endeavors believes its selection reflects its track record with 17 Texas cities, 12 independent school districts, 5 colleges, and 3 counties, as well as the capacity of its 100,000-square-foot Fort Worth production facility.

Cities with populations exceeding 1 million employ thousands of uniformed personnel across departments such as public works, water utilities, parks, code compliance, and transportation. These departments have recurring apparel needs, making such contracts potentially lucrative and long-term. Once approved, this contract would be the most significant municipal opportunity in the company's history.

The second contract, with a city of approximately 40,000 residents, aligns with the profile of the company's existing municipal customers. Together, these two awards would bring ADM Endeavors' roster to 19 Texas cities. The company expects to provide updates once the contracts are finalized.

These announcements follow recent momentum for ADM Endeavors. On September 3, the company reported that eight city fire departments had placed orders with Just Right Products after its first appearance as a vendor at the 2026 Tarrant County Fire and Arson Investigators Association Conference. In August, the company reported a return to profitability in the second quarter of 2026, with revenue increasing 11.4% to $1,307,924 and net income of $62,061, compared to a net loss in the prior-year period.

Johnson emphasized the importance of this achievement: "An account of this size is the reason we invested in our Fort Worth facility. The capacity is in place, the team is in place, and we are ready to begin the day the councils give their approval. Public-sector customers renew, and they refer. Every city we add makes the next one easier to win."

The company has built a strong reputation in the public sector, serving numerous municipalities, schools, and counties across Texas. This new contract with a major city underscores its capability to handle large-scale, demanding uniform requirements. For more information about ADM Endeavors, visit https://admendeavors.com.
