Demas Law Group Attorneys to Present at California Trial Lawyers Educational Seminar

Sacramento personal injury law firm Demas Law Group, P.C. announced that two of its trial attorneys will serve as featured speakers at the upcoming Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC) Napa/Sonoma Travel Seminar. The event, hosted jointly by the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC) and the Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association (CCTLA), brings together hundreds of trial lawyers from across California for continuing legal education programs focused on the latest developments in personal injury litigation, trial strategy, and complex civil cases.

John Demas will speak and moderate the session "Auto Litigation: Product Liability, Damages, and Reconstruction." The program will explore advanced litigation strategies used in serious car accident cases, including vehicle defect claims, accident reconstruction analysis, and proving damages in catastrophic injury cases. Demas has been invited to speak at numerous legal education events and previously addressed the CAOC seminar on emerging trends in auto accident litigation. He has also been a featured speaker at professional events hosted by organizations such as the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).

Tim Spangler will speak during the session "Nuances of Litigation Against Government Entities of All Kinds." The presentation will examine the complex legal issues that arise when public agencies, municipalities, and law enforcement entities are involved in injury litigation, including emergency vehicle immunity, claims against public universities and institutions, and cases involving dangerous roadway conditions. With more than 25 years of experience as a civil litigator, Spangler brings a unique perspective from his prior roles in insurance defense, as trial counsel, and as former chief counsel for the Sacramento Regional Transit District.

"The team at Demas Law Group believes strongly in the power of professional education and collaboration to improve the practice of law," said Demas. "We're honored to participate in this program and share our experiences with fellow trial lawyers while continuing to learn from colleagues across California." The annual seminar takes place March 13–14 at The Meritage Resort in Napa, California. Demas Law Group is a Sacramento-based personal injury law firm dedicated exclusively to serious injury and wrongful death cases. For nearly 30 years, the firm has represented individuals and families harmed by car accidents, motorcycle crashes, truck collisions, and other catastrophic injury incidents throughout Northern California.
